FMH Investor Update – ASIC Form 5011 Copy of minutes of meeting [Meeting of Creditors held on 24th August 2026].
We have been informed that some Fairy Meadow House promissory note holder investors [creditors] did not receive the copy of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission [ASIC] Form 5011 Copy of minutes of meeting containing the:
MINUTES OF MEETING OF CREDITORS OF FAIRY MEADOW HOUSE PTY LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) ACN 658 798 362 (“THE COMPANY”) HELD ON MONDAY, 24 AUGUST 2026 AT 11:00 AM (AEST) VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS VIDEO CONFERENCE FACILITIES
This ASIC Form 5011 was lodged/submitted with ASIC by Mackay Goodwin on 23rd September 2026.

FMH Investor Update – Interim Update.
FMH Investor Update - Letter to Mackay Goodwin dated 10th September 2026.
We confirm the letter to Mackay Goodwin dated 10th September 2026 was sent [via email] on Monday 14th September 2026, together with a covering email note.
On Wednesday 16th September 2026, following an additional telephone discussion with Mackay Goodwin, we received formal acknowledgement & confirmation [via reply email] - as summarised immediately below:
Mackay Goodwin “...confirm receipt of your email [below] dated 14 September 2026 and its attachments.”
Mackay Goodwin are “...in the process of formulating a response and will respond in due course.”
As at close of business on Friday 18th September 2026, no further communication has been received from Mackay Goodwin.
We anticipate receiving the formal response early next week - following which we will publish a further FMH Investor Update.
